A comparison of optical properties of ZnO nanorods and ZnO nanotips for improving light absorption in rGO/ZnO nanostrctures

چکیده
In this study, two types of ZnO nanostructures (ZnO nanotips and nanorods) were synthesized through a chemical bath deposition (CBD) method. These structures then compared by optical structural analyses. The result showed the significant effect ammonia concentration preferential etchings along c axis on formation (NTs). To improve absorption, optimized reflectance analysis. enhance properties sample, reduced graphene oxide (rGO) layers transferred NTs surface electrophoretic (EPD) rGO can increment absorption over wide range frequencies. results enhanced adsorption capacity in case rGO/ZnO NTs.
